They're sharing your proprietary information with their partners, unless you opt out. You can either call them or do it online. Of you have an online account, here's what you do:

1. Go to the My Profile tab.
2. At the bottom, there's a "Phone Controls" link. Click that and say "no" to sharing your CPNI.
